Randy and his family had VonMiddleton's Catering to prepare a Fried Turkey and Smoked Brisket for Thanksgiving 2008. Randy stated, "It was really tasty and well seasoned. His family enjoyed it thoroughly, though he admits, he would have preferred the brisket more tender, he was pleased."

"This was the first time I had ever had someone else cook my Thanksgiving meal, and let me just say that I will definitely do it again!" Our menu included brisket, pork loin, broccoli and cheese casserole and macaroni and cheese. Von had our meal ready exactly when he said he would and everything was warm and delicious!
